CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 30% fee for arriving more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time as well as any no-shows or cancellations within 18 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 25 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you are considered a no-show.
